Terms of Use
1. The agreement
These terms cover your use of the Nalovi mobile app. By installing or using Nalovi you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
2. What Nalovi is
Nalovi is a photo editor that runs on your device. It offers automatic enhancement, looks, effects, fine adjustments, undo and redo, before and after comparison, templates, collage layouts, and export and sharing.
Nalovi is free. It has no purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising, and it needs no account.
3. Your photos are yours
You keep all rights to the photos you edit and to everything you make with Nalovi. We claim no licence, ownership or right of use over them. We cannot see them either: Nalovi has no server and does not send them to us, as the Privacy Policy explains.
You are responsible for having the right to edit and share the photos you use.
4. Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Nalovi on devices you own or control. Please do not use it to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights, and do not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
5. Keep your own copies
Nalovi works on a copy and never changes the photo in your library. Your projects are kept in the app's storage on your device, and we hold no copy of them. Nalovi is not a backup service, and uninstalling it deletes them from your device. Export anything you want to keep.
6. What we promise, and what we do not
We work to make Nalovi reliable and its results good, but it is provided as it is: we do not guarantee that every photo will turn out the way you want, or that the app will be free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, including lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
7. Changes
We may update the app and add, change or remove features. If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
8. Ending this agreement
You can stop using Nalovi at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends if you seriously breach these terms.
9. App stores
Apple's and Google's own terms also apply to apps you download from their stores. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for Nalovi or for supporting it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
