Privacy Policy
The short version
Nalovi edits your photos on your phone. It has no account, no server, no analytics and no advertising. The app does not send your photos to us or to anyone else. A copy leaves your phone only if you send it somewhere yourself, or if your phone's own backup or device transfer includes the app's data (section 3). We receive something from you only if you decide to email us.
1. What Nalovi does not collect
The Nalovi app collects nothing about you.
- There is no account and no sign-in.
- It does not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or any device or advertising identifier.
- It contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDK, neither ours nor a third party's.
- It makes no network requests. It opens your browser only when you tap the privacy or terms link, and your mail app only when you tap Support.
- It does not use your camera or microphone.
2. Your photos
Choosing. You choose the photos you want to edit in your phone's own photo picker, and Nalovi reads only the ones you select. It does not browse, scan or index the rest of your library.
Editing. All processing happens on your device. When you choose a photo, Nalovi makes a working copy in its own private storage, so the photo in your library is never changed. Any analysis of what is in a photo, such as its light, its colours or a face, also runs on your device; the app sends neither the photo nor the result to us or to anyone else, and it does not recognise or identify people.
What is stored. That working copy, any photos you add to a collage, the edits you make (including any text you type on a template) and the images you export are kept in the app's storage on your device. Nalovi has no server, so we hold no copy.
Deleting. Uninstalling Nalovi removes all of it from your device. Images you have already saved or shared elsewhere, and any copy in a device backup, are not affected.
3. Device backups
Because these files live in the app's storage, they can be included in your own device backup if you have backup turned on: iCloud or a computer backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android. The same applies when you transfer your data to a new phone. That backup is made by your phone, not by Nalovi. It is kept under your own Apple or Google account, where Apple's or Google's terms apply, or on your own computer. We have no access to it.
4. Exporting and sharing
When you export, Nalovi passes the finished image to your phone's share sheet. It goes only where you send it: your photo library, a message, another app. From there, the privacy rules of that destination apply. On iPhone, when you save it to your photo library, the system may first ask you to let Nalovi add photos; that permission is for adding only and does not let the app read your library.
5. If you contact us
The Support button opens your own mail app with a draft addressed to us. The draft comes pre-filled with the app name, platform, app version and build number, and operating system version. These help us find a problem, and you can delete them before sending.
If you send the email, we receive your email address and whatever you wrote or attached. We use it only to reply to you. Our mailbox is provided by Gmail (Google). You can ask us at any time for a copy of your correspondence or to have it deleted.
6. The app stores
You download Nalovi from the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google handle your store account and the download under their own privacy policies and, depending on your device settings, may share with us aggregated download statistics and crash diagnostics that do not identify you. Nalovi itself adds nothing to that.
7. Children
Nalovi is a general-audience app and is not directed at children. It collects no personal data from anyone, of any age, and has no accounts, messaging, advertising or purchases. If you believe a child has emailed us, tell us and we will delete the message.
8. Your rights
Laws such as KVKK in Türkiye and GDPR in Europe give you rights over your personal data, including access, correction and deletion. The only personal data we hold is the support correspondence described in section 5. To use any of these rights, write to bsdigitalapp+nalovi@gmail.com.
9. Changes
If Nalovi ever starts doing something this page does not describe, this page will be updated first, with a new effective date.
